Setting up the room book

Create buildings, floors, wards, areas and rooms in the simplinic Map Editor.

We provide you with everything ready to use so that you can work quickly and easily with our solution. We therefore offer you the option of structuring your clinic on the basis of existing floor plans (if available) or using our building template, which can be completed in just a few minutes.

Configuration of IT requirements

Among other things, IP and domain whitelisting in coordination with your IT.

We have a short conversation with your local IT team to align your requirements with ours. As a rule, we only discuss the whitelisting of our domains and the WiFi settings if you do not yet have Mobile Device Management (MDM) in place. We are happy to support you in this and even provide smartphones, especially for your mobile service teams.
